Fast food doesn’t have to be bad for you. The key is to plan in advance so you can have healthy wholesome ingredients ready that can be easily be thrown together and produce a delicious and quick to prepare meal. One of my recent favourite discoveries is Layer Orkney crab with egg. I’m obsessed with crab at the moment, it makes such a difference on a salad and its such a delicious snack even on its own. This 2 minutes salad couldn’t be easier to prepare. Just open a pre-washed pack of salad that you like, add few slices of red onion and season to taste with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
